Lucky Draw Time: 5.00 pm (17 hrs) every day on the above dates

Venue of Draw: Foyer area (Front Entrance) at CIAL Trade & Exhibition Centre, Airport Road, Nedumbassery, Kochi, Kerala

* The winner of the lucky draw will be drawn randomly, and an announcement will be made over the venue PA system, if the winner is not present at the time of the draw, they will be notified thereafter via email provided by them on the registration form

OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The lucky draw contest will be open from at 10:00 a.m to 5.00 pm (17 hrs p.m.) (IST)
2. commencing from Friday, 20th January 2023 and end on Sunday, 22nd January 2023
3. The Lucky Draw is open only for Business/Trade Visitors from Printing, Packaging and Sign Industry
4. Only pre-registered visitors physically attending the Print Miracle Expo 2023 any day from 20th to 22nd January 2023 are qualified for the lucky draw
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. To qualify for the lucky draw. Business Visitors attending Print Miracle Expo 2023 will have to drop their business/visiting card in the Box provided at the main entrance of the exhibition hall
7. Three lucky Business/Trade Visitors who attend/visit the Print Miracle Expo 2023 stand a chance to win One 4gm Gold Coin every day on the aforementioned 3 dates
8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Lucky Draw.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
10. Employees of Showcase Trade Fairs And Expositions Private Limited are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
11. Organizer reserves the exclusive right to deny participation to any participant on account of unethical, false, or unauthentic practices.
12. The organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this lucky draw due to extraordinary circumstances.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. The winner is required to share a copy of PAN card along with a valid address proof such as Aadhar Card/Driving License /Indian passport.
15. The winners will be selected manually from the box where the trade/business visitors have dropped their visiting/business card by any known person every day for three days starting 20th January 2023 and ending on 22nd January 2023 at 5.00 pm
16. Winners will be notified through the available channels like Phone number, e-mail, WhatsApp or thru show website.
17. By participating in the contest, the winners unconditionally grant Showcase Trade Fairs And Business Media Private Limited and Kerala Master Printers Association (KMPA). the right to declare the winners name in social media and website.
18. The winner is required to share a printed copy of PAN card along with a valid address proof such as Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
19. Showcase Trade Fairs And Business Media Private Limited has the exclusive authority / option to change, revise or alter the terms mentioned above, anytime at its sole discretion without prior intimation during the period of the offer.
