MSME has Approved Print Miracle Expo 2023 - 3rd Edition, CIAL Trade and Exhibition Center, Kochi' under the component ‘Domestic Trade Fair’ (5A) of Procurement Marketing Support Scheme, hence the eligible MSEs exhibiting their products in the above said Exhibition through stalls will get financial assistance as per the criteria of Scheme Guidelines.
The interested MSEs can apply for the financial assistance through the link https://my.msme.gov.in/MyMsme/Reg/COM_MatuDomAppForm.aspx after registering in Udyam Registration portal (https://udyamregistration.gov.in/Government-India/Ministry-MSME-registration.htm) and MSME Databank (http://www.msmedatabank.in/). Kindly note that the registrations of Udyam Registration and MSME Databank are entirely free and no agency has been appointed by the Ministry for the said registrations. The financial assistance for the eligible MSEs will be as follows:

One representative from each participating unit may travel limiting to AC II tier train fair/ Economy Class Air Fare. Local participants will be paid Rs 12/Km as freight charges (transportation of goods charges) up to 50 Kms. |
As per the instructions received from the Office of Development Commissioner (MSME), for the considering the Exhibition for reimbursement, there should be minimum 10 applicants (MSEs) for reimbursement and maximum number is 60 MSEs. Kindly make it sure that the applications are submitted in the Online portal by 10.01.2023 itself because the applications has to be reached at O/o DC(MSME), New Delhi well in advance. Further, you may kindly note that submission of the this online application doesn’t ensure the reimbursement, as the selection of eligible MSEs for reimbursement is solely under the decision of the Empowered Committee at Office of Development Commissioner (MSME), New Delhi. And preference may be given to first time participants and units from remote location viz., from Aspirational Districts (Wayanad) and also from SC/ST, Women and PH. Traders are not eligible to apply for the benefit. The MSEs selected by Empowered Committee have to submit the original stall rent receipts, and other bills of contingency expenditure when they are asked to submit the same. Hence, the applicants have to keep the original receipts, vouchers, bills, etc. in safe custody.
