Exhibitors are required to pay all taxes, duties and other Governmental levies before a product can be sold at the Trade Show. However, visitors can take with them free samples or giveaways arranged by exhibitors at their booth.
Yes, a e-Show Directory that can be downloaded free of cost from the show website. The directory will include a detailed list of exhibitors and will showcase exhibitors' profile, products and services in it.
We follow very strict safety norms at the Trade Show. Hence, children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the Trade Show. However, if any child enters the Trade Show area with their parents, the responsibility of managing the safety of the child will be entirely on the parents. It is explicitly mentioned here that the organisers will not be liable or responsible for the safety of children coming into the Trade Show accompanying their parents.
